Vladimir Uratarević graduated from the secondary music school “Stankovic” in the class of prof. Marijane Ilic and FMU Belgrade in the class of prof. Dejan Mihailovic.
He played in numerous chamber ensembles and in several string quartets. He was a member of the “Mefisto” symphony orchestra, co-founder of the String Orchestra “Orpheus” and member of the same chamber orchestra, with whom he has performed numerous performances in the country and abroad. He also performed with “Del Gesu” by the String Quartet from Belgrade. As an orchestra and artist, he collaborates with several foreign composers, conductors and performers: Michael Shaffer, Nicole Henry, Kevin Surace, Ole Fanick.
In addition to classical education, he gained experience in bands of different musical directions.
He is the founder of Infinity Quintet and author of most of the arrangements that the quintet performs.
Arranged and composed for film and media. So far he has done over 500 arrangements for various compositions, duo, trio, guitar quartets, chamber orchestras, symphony orchestras, wind instruments, guitar and violin.
He teaches violin at SMŠ “Kosta Manojlović” in Smederevo.
